SHIFT DAMPENER SYSYEM (SDS)
Yamaha’s patented Shift Dampener System (SDS) propellers have been designed to provide ‘clunk free’ shifting.
The system utilises a specially designed splined rubber hub and spacer to absorb the force transferred to the gear box and propeller when the engine is shifted into forward or reverse.
This results in quieter and smoother shifting.
Available for T60 - XT425 outboard models.
